For customers who place orders on lookfantastic.com or lookfantastic.cn shipped to mainland China after 15:00 Beijing time on December 15, 2020, and whose actual payment amount (excluding amounts from red packets or account balance) exceeds ￡80 or RMB 700, if the corresponding taxes are paid according to relevant laws and regulations, they can claim a maximum of ￡25 or RMB 220 in tax refund account balance with no minimum spend (the account balance can only be used on the aforementioned websites). Claims can be made by contacting website customer service within 6 months of placing the order; late claims will not be honored. The account balance is valid for 60 days from the date of claim and will expire automatically without compensation.
