1. Coach Outlet is the former factory store. It used to require an invitation to register, but now anyone can register at any time.
2. Note: The factory store requires a US billing/shipping address to place an order. A Chinese credit card, US credit card, or US PayPal is acceptable. Otherwise, the order will be 100% cancelled, and communication via phone or email will be ineffective.
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing an order with Coach, it will enter the customer service database.
