Overseas Shopping Guide:
1. Coach Outlet is the former factory store, which previously required an invitation to register. Now, anyone can register at any time.
2. Note: For the factory store, you must use a US billing address when placing an order. A Chinese credit card, US credit card, or US PayPal is fine; otherwise, the order will be 100% canceled, and phone or email communication will not help.
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing an order with Coach, it enters the customer service database.
