1. When checking out, selecting a domestic address will pre-collect duties. The amount will be displayed directly in the price field. Free shipping on orders over $100.
2. After placing an order, you will receive an email from Forward requesting your name and ID number. Please reply accurately; this is for customs clearance, not to tax you. Delivery takes 7-15 business days after shipment. Once in China, it will be delivered by SF Express, YTO Express, or Yunda Express. If the package is lost, FWRD will provide compensation within 45 business days.
3. Forward has global unified pricing, which is the same as US domestic prices. The price will not increase when shipping to China, and there is no limit on the number of items per order.
