2. Ordering on FWRD is like domestic online shopping—just register an account and buy. The final amount is shown directly in the price column, and the price at checkout is the final price you pay. To ensure smooth customs clearance, the recipient must provide their name and ID information on the checkout page. If there are no customs delays, items are expected to arrive within 10–20 business days.
3. Free shipping on orders over $100. Domestic delivery is handled by SF Express, YTO, or Yunda. If the package is lost, FWRD will compensate within 45 business days.
