1. Orders over $100 qualify for free international direct shipping. If the order is under $100, a $10 international shipping fee applies. Each city's postal sorting center has dedicated staff who translate foreign addresses into Chinese and write them on the mail.
2. For overseas shoppers, it's best to include your phone number on the second line of the shipping address, for example: "TEL:13511111112". Make sure the postal code is correct, as several postal stages from abroad to China rely on the postal code for regional delivery.
3. Among the three shipping methods, the second is least recommended. For the first method, starting April 1, 2019, if the value of a single item is under 5,000 RMB, only a 9.1% customs duty is charged. This means items worth approximately $740 USD (based on real-time exchange rates) shipped via the first method will only incur a 9.1% duty instead of 11.2%! Pay the duty during checkout and wait for delivery. The third option is free trackable international postal delivery, with no duty paid at checkout; customs duty is assessed upon random inspection when the package arrives at a domestic port, with a chance of being taxed.
