Overseas Shopping Guide:
1. Selecting a domestic address at checkout will pre-collect customs duties. The amount will be displayed directly in the price field. Free shipping on orders over $100.
2. After placing an order, you will receive an email from Forward requesting your name and ID number. Please reply accurately, as this is for customs clearance, not to tax you. Delivery takes 7-15 business days after shipment. Once in China, delivery is handled by SF Express, YTO, or Yunda. If a package is lost, FWRD will provide compensation within 45 business days.
3. Forward offers global uniform pricing, which is the same as US domestic prices. Prices will not increase for shipments to China, and there is no limit of one item per order.
4. The website supports direct shipping to China and accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Chinese credit cards.
5. To comply with customs clearance requirements, FWRD has added an identity information collection function.
