1. Most items on the site can be shipped worldwide, including Mainland China. Chinese import duties are prepaid, and packages are delivered by SF Express upon arrival in Mainland China. Beauty products cannot be shipped directly to Mainland China. You can choose to use a forwarding service or ship to Hong Kong or Macau and then transfer them back (there may be duties from Hong Kong to Mainland China). The site refunds approximately 17% VAT (UK Value Added Tax) for orders shipped outside the EU, including to Hong Kong.
2. When the site is set to the Hong Kong site or another non-EU country, the displayed price is the price after VAT has been deducted. When the UK site is selected, the price includes VAT. After adding items to your cart and entering an address outside the EU, you will see the price after VAT deduction.
3. Orders shipped directly to Hong Kong generally do not have prepaid duties, but orders shipped directly to Mainland China usually do.
