Ordering Guide:
1. Coach Outlet is the former factory store. It used to require an invitation to register, but now anyone can register at any time.
2. Note: You must use a US billing address to place an order at the factory store. A US credit card, US debit card, or US PayPal is fine. Otherwise, your order will be 100% cancelled, and phone or email communication will not help.
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing an order with Coach, it enters the customer service database. If you're unsure, you can call at this time to check the order status (using Skype or Google Voice). If the customer service tells you the order is "in the warehouse and will be shipped in 1-2 business days," it's most likely fine.
