Our story began in the Southwest in 1987, when two surfers designed our first product. Their creation, the "Hook and Loop" strap, quickly gained recognition in the surfing and extreme sports communities for its durability and practicality. It was here that the name Animal was born, and an iconic adventure began.
Over the past three decades, Animal has grown on the foundation of skateboarding tradition and has evolved into a leading lifestyle apparel brand for those who share our free spirit.
