VIDA is a San Francisco-based original craft trading platform that offers clothing, accessories, and home goods designed by 100,000 artisans and craftspeople from 150 countries worldwide, ranging from custom cashmere scarves to 3D-printed jewelry. Each item is made on demand and carries a unique story behind it. Designers and artisans simply submit their designs online (in photo form), and the VIDA platform creates a showcase page for them to share these designs, allowing customers to place orders after viewing the products.
Product pricing can be adjusted by designers based on sales performance. VIDA's partners include many brands and celebrities, such as the Museum of Modern Art, the Golden Globe Awards, American designer brand Steve Madden, and American singer Cher. VIDA recently collaborated with U.S. department store Lord & Taylor to launch an art-inspired custom accessories and home collection.
