VIDA is a San Francisco-based original craft trading platform offering clothing, accessories, and home goods designed by 100,000 artisans and craftspeople from 150 countries worldwide—including custom cashmere scarves and 3D-printed jewelry. Every product is made on demand and has a unique story behind it. Designers and artisans simply submit their designs online (in photo form), and VIDA creates a showcase page to share these designs. Customers can place orders after viewing the products. Pricing can be adjusted by designers based on sales performance. VIDA's partners include many brands and celebrities, such as the Museum of Modern Art, the Golden Globe Awards, American designer brand Steve Madden, and American singer Cher. Recently, VIDA collaborated with U.S. department store Lord & Taylor to launch an art-inspired custom accessories and home collection.
