1. Ashford is international shopping friendly, accepting credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay), Alipay, WeChat Pay, and PayPal.
2. The site supports freight forwarding. Free shipping within the US on orders over $99. It also offers direct shipping to China, with two options:
(1) Choose direct shipping to the Hong Kong VIP center for self-pickup (free during the promotion). All duties and shipping fees are waived. Simply call to schedule a pickup time after arrival, then bring your passport/ID and order confirmation to collect your items in Hong Kong.
(2) For direct shipping to Mainland China, duties are prepaid under DDP mode. This applies only to orders under 5,000 RMB and requires real-name authentication. A 9.1% duty is charged at checkout. Orders over 5,000 RMB must use Hong Kong self-pickup.
(3) For direct shipping to Mainland China, standard shipping is $19.95. Shipping is $9.95 for orders over $75, and free for orders over $299. Your order will be delivered directly to you within 10-20 business days.
