Alteya Organics was founded in 1999, but growing and caring for roses has been a family tradition for over a century since the early 1900s. Our organic rose fields are located in the heart of Bulgaria's Rose Valley, protected by the slopes of two majestic mountain ranges—the land of the Thracian kings and the home of the world's most beautiful flower, the Bulgarian rose.We grow and harvest roses and lavender, and use recipes passed down through generations to distill premium organic rose and lavender essential oils and floral waters. We also offer a variety of organic plant extracts, oils, and herbs from the Balkan Mountain ecological region. After years of extensive research, we perfected a proprietary steam distillation method that combines 400 years of tradition with science to extract dermatological-grade floral essences while preserving the plants' therapeutic properties and synergy.Over the years, Alteya's scientific team has studied ancient traditional recipes and the miraculous effects of organic rose oil (rose otto) on the skin.
