Tips:
The Peter Thomas Roth US official site has poor support for international credit cards and freight forwarding addresses. The pre-authorization payment review period is also long. However, success is not impossible. Using a Bank of China multi-currency card with a new freight forwarder address might work. You could also ask someone to place the order for you.
