T.M.Lewin is a European gentleman's shirt retailer, with its brand established in 1898. The first store was opened on Jermyn Street in St. James's, London, England. Around 100 years ago, T.M.Lewin's founder created the first shirt that could be worn as an outer garment, adding buttons to the front like a jacket.
In 1989, founder T.M.Lewin opened his second store on Lime Street in London. During the 1990s, the T.M.Lewin brand further expanded its market, increasing its store presence across the UK. After two years of expansion, the brand launched its classic suits in the autumn of 2005.
